We charge $8.00 for standard delivery on most orders and $12~20 for express delivery within Australia.  *Orders over $100 dollars with standard delivery will be delivered for FREE (*AU & NZ only, from time to time SUM reserves the right to offer free delivery).

Express orders can take from 1-3 business days and standard orders can take 3-5 business days depending on your location. To check delivery times for your area take a look at our couriers’ websites for more info.

To guarantee delivery, it is best to send your parcel to your office or somewhere where there will be someone to receive it between 9am – 5pm. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive your parcel, a card will be left and your order will be sent to the nearest post office where you will need to sign to pick it up.

We must have correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.

We use Australia Post, TNT, Toll, Go logistics, and Couriers Please for our deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note the number will not be traceable for at least 4 hours.

If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please be sure to flag these, where required, on the delivery details page as you are checking out.

Order Tracking

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking. You will also be able to see the status of your order if you Login to the website.

Return & Exchange

We accept return of the product within 14 days of your invoice of the order.

If you want to exchange or return over 14 days from the date you purchased, you need to pay 10% re-stock fee which will be deducted from the total price of the returned items.

Customers will be responsible for postage and handling charges for any returns. Please include a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase and make a note of the reason for your return.
Should you wish to exchange the product for an alternative size or colour, please enclose with your product and a prepaid, self-addressed parcel bag. Please note: customers will cover all postage costs.
​Please allow 7 working days from the receipt of your return, you will be advised by email when your refund has been processed. Refunds, excluding delivery charges will be credited against your original method of payment, or as store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any items that have been worn, washed and are without tags. All items returned must be in original condition.
